As a company, TenneT makes a social contribution to the energy transition by expanding, controlling and maintaining the transmission network in Germany. Our staff must complete regular refresher training in order to be able to go offshore and can perform roles. The aim is to increase the competence and skills of employees in order to be able to work safely in the offshore sector.
