Tender Details

The Weibelfeldschule in Dreieich is one of the largest general education schools in the Offenbach district. It is a cooperative comprehensive school with a high school level and special education level (grades 5-13) and has a focus on performing games and Music area. Around 1, 700 students are currently being taught there. The school has existed as a larger school complex in the Dreieichenhain district since the 1970s. It consists of a 2-story main building with a cafeteria (building 01), a 3-field sports hall (building 02) and a 2-story annex building that houses the city library and classrooms. There is also currently a 3-story container facility (Building C1) as an extension with 6 classrooms the site, which is to be dismantled after completion of the expansion. Until the beginning of the 2000s, comprehensive renovation measures were carried out on the existing building, including the replacement of roofs and the gradual modernization of classrooms and buildings specialist rooms. The original school buildings are typical school buildings from the 1970s in conventional solid construction (reinforced concrete skeleton and masonry or prefabricated concrete facades) with flat roofs and large window bands.
