Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an National External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Summary of work: Following will be responsibilities of the consultant•Meetings with the ILO OSH Specialist, Senior Programme Officer and National Project Coordinator•Field visit to Gadani for taking photos and making videos to be used for training purpose •Prepare one page ToR for the Joint Safety and Health Committee (JSHC). •Developing the trainees' selection criteria •Preparing the list of material required for delivering training •Developing detailed presentations according to the training outline both in English and Urdu.•Developing the training agenda •Development of the Hazard Checklist and mitigation steps •Delivering the training •Yard walk/ on-site visit with training participants •Development of the Action Plan template •Development of the training valuation form in Urdu•Preparing the training delivery report •Maintain confidentiality of yard operations and findings.•Adhere to professional safety standards and ethical practices.•Prioritize participant safety during all training activities.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
