The Schaumburg district intends to convert the Bueckeburg high school, including the adjacent sports hall, and upgrade it in terms of fire protection. This requires planning work.
OBS Bueckeburg - property planning
The basic services of property planning are advertised in LPH 1-9 according to § 33 ff. HOAI: The implementation of the requirements from the fire protection concept, the reactivation of the gymnasium, as well as work and ancillary rooms and barrier-free access to the teaching, specialist and administrative rooms. The scope of services is independent of possible further requirements Fire protection concept, including the following measures:
- Preparation of building application documents
- Laying and/or partitioning of cables that do not belong to the hallway, as well as fire protection closure of openings
- Renewal of suspended ceiling including lighting
- Renewal of hallway and stairwell doors
- Holistic BMA/BMZ
- Renewal ELA
- Installation of elevators
- Renovation of the gymnasium (replacement of ventilation system, repair of gates)
- Relocation/exchange of administration and teaching rooms
- Structural 2nd escape and rescue route from the music room.
- Sealing of components in contact with the ground and renovation moisture damaged areas
- Renovation of basement walls
