Object planning for outdoor facilities - general renovation of the German National Theater Weimar sub-project (TP) 1 - main building The object is the awarding of outdoor space planning services in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 2 §§ 38-40, LP 1 - 9 for the general renovation of the German National Theater Weimar, TP 1 - main building. The processing area covers approximately 3, 000 m² of outdoor, development, delivery, parking, vegetation, construction site and restoration areas in the area surrounding the main building. The commission takes place gradually. LPH 1 to 3 are commissioned first. LPH 4 to 9 and special services are only ordered if requested separately. The subject of the planning contract is the technical and technical processing of the open spaces and outdoor facilities and external spatial interfaces in connection with the general renovation of the German National Theater Weimar, subproject 1 - main building. The services are to be assigned to the outdoor facilities service profile in accordance with HOAI Appendix 11. The planning takes this into account The Federal Government's Sustainable Building Guide and the Federal Government's Barrier-Free Building Guide in the version relevant to the project.
