The Cultural Foundation of Saxony-Anhalt is planning the renovation and structural upgrading of the castle bridge to Moritzburg Halle (Saale). The overarching goal is to restore traffic safety and enhance the property for tourism. The ones out The historic arched bridge, built with natural stone masonry, forms the main entrance to the castle and the Moritzburg Art Museum. The renovation is carried out on the basis of preliminary investigations. Commissioning additional specialist planners for structural planning and open space planning and TGA is planned. A gross cost limit of EUR 2, 500, 000 has been set for the construction project (cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276). The measure is scheduled to be completed in December 2029.
