The municipality of Unterhaching intends to procure architectural services for the renovation and design of the bank reinforcement of the Hachinger Bach in two (2) lots. It is intended to finance the construction project in accordance with the guidelines for Grants for water management projects (RZWas 2025), announcement by the Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection of March 14, 2025, Ref. 58g-U4454.11-2024/1-21 (Annex 807a) including the general additional provisions for To realize grants for project funding to municipal corporations (ANBest-K) (Annex 807b). a) Lot 1 - Object planning for engineering structures The subject of this award procedure is the architectural services in accordance with the fee schedule for architects and Engineers (HOAI) 2021, Part 3 - Property planning, Section 3 - Engineering structure within the meaning of Section 41 No. 3 HOAI, Section 43 Service profile of engineering structures, service phases (LPH) 5 to 9. The commissioning within the planning phase takes place in stages. The Engineering services concern the renovation and renewal of the bank reinforcements of the Hachinger Bach. b) Lot 2 - Property planning for outdoor facilities The subject of this award procedure is the architectural services in accordance with the fee schedule for architects and Engineers (HOAI) 2021, Part 3 - Property planning, Section 2 - Outdoor facilities, § 39 Performance profile for outdoor facilities, service phases (LPH) 5 to 9. The commissioning within the planning phase takes place in stages. The services of outdoor space planning include: Ecological and design enhancement of the water and bank areas.
