SBH | School Construction Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account to manage and rent the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- Replacement building of a 5-class primary school with a cafeteria and vital kitchen as well as a competence center for immigration and an extension Gymnastics hall/sports and exercise areas in Hamburg-Billstedt --------------- Here: heating --------------- The subject of the tender is the heating work for the new construction of a 5-class elementary school with a sports hall in Hamburg-Oberschleems. The Services include the delivery and installation of the central heat generation system consisting of three air/water heat pumps and a gas condensing boiler, including buffer storage, distribution/collection systems and hydraulic integration. Furthermore are to build all heat distribution networks, heating groups and complete underfloor heating in all components. The services include all required fittings, insulation work, documentation and additional services according to VOB.
