SBH | School Construction Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account to manage and rent the more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, represented by Schulbau Hamburg I SBH, intends to be located at Oberschleems 9, in 22117 Hamburg Billstedt, to build a new building for a 5-class primary school including a gymnastics and a gymnasium. An immigration competence center and the VHS branch complete the learning offerings on the school grounds. The construction site is in one Residential area, the adjacent developments are two to three-story residential buildings with occasional commercial use on the ground floor.
