The AG plans to set up a private cloud in the AN's infrastructure. For this purpose, the contractor provides the client with technical resources and services within the framework of the agreed SLAs based on the EVB IT contract cloud service, essentially as "Infrastructure as a Service". The AG or a voThe on-site service provider (DVO) commissioned by him will install and maintain virtual server systems with the resources provided using a hypervisor to be provided by the contractor. The virtual servers to be installed are used to operate the client's entire IT environment and include:Special Windows terminal servers, file servers, database servers for MS SQL and MySQL, servers for operating a document management system, servers for operating an online portal for members of the AG and, if necessary, other servers for operational support processes. The connection to the private cloud an the client's local network is achieved by setting up a permanent VPN route based on IPSec. Access to the set up servers is usually via VPN. The AN offers the AG the opportunity to use certain services (e.g. the Mitgliederportal) can be accessed directly on the public Internet via public IP addresses to be provided and thus direct data traffic to and from these services.
