A Valid Certificate to Commence Businessb. A Valid Certificate of Incorporation c. FORM A-- Or Form 3--d. A Valid Annual Tax Clearance Certificatee. A Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificatef. Public Procurement Authority Certificate or Proof of Registration g. Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate of Classification Class D1 (Works) All tenders must be delivered on or before 12:30pm, THURSDAY 22TH February, 2024 at the College-s account Office where a tender box would be placed.Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives at the Institutions Coffee Room.
