Description : Ntdc Tender Notice No. 08/2022-23. Sealed Tenders are Invited on Item Rate Basis on Prescribed Forms from Registered Contractors. Tender will be Issued to those Contractors, who will Produce Original or Attested Copies of the Following:- 1. Company Profile. 2. the Bidder Shall be a Manufacturer or Supplier Legally Registered for at Least Ten Years. a Copy of Legal Registration Certificate Shall be Submitted Along with the Bid. 3. the Bidder Must have Completed 02 Similar Contract(S) of Supply Within Last Three Years. the Bidder Must Submit with the Bid the Supply Record for the Last Three Years. 4. the Audited Financial ?Standalone? Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit &Loss A/C and Cash Flow Statement) Audited by Certified Accountant as Per Laws of Secp for Last Three (03) Years and Fbr Returns for the Last 03 Years, have to be Submitted by the Bidder which Shall be Evaluated. the Bidder?S Financial Statements for the Last Three Years of the Audited Accounts should Show that it has Positive ?Net Worth?
