Notice of Preliminary Market Consultation for the supply of Isotonic aqueous cutaneous solution of electrolytic chloroxidant (sodium hypochlorite) at approximately 0.05% active chlorine The ASL of Bari needs to acquire the aqueous skin solution isotonic electrolytic chloroxidant (sodium hypochlorite) at approximately 0.05% active chlorine. The objective of the activity described is to search for suppliers interested in entrusting the supply of the solution in question. The solution must have the seguenti caratteristiche: - Isotonic aqueous cutaneous solution of electrolytic chloroxidant (sodium hypochlorite) at approximately 0.05% active chlorine, for the disinfection of skin that is not seriously damaged. In order to define the type of choice of the contractor, pursuant to art. 70 of Legislative Decree. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, interested economic operators are invited to illustrate, through a specific report: - its own production/marketing technologies directly (parent company); - Single dealer (Puglia/Italy) - Resellers throughout Italy In the presence of an equivalent product, the economic operator must demonstrate by any appropriate means the equivalence of the product offered (maximum 2 pages), as required by the art. 79 of the aforementioned decree e must also attach illustrative leaflets and technical data sheets of the device.
