Tender Details

The aim of this tender is to commission suitable contractors (ANs) for the daily school transport of students with significant or impending mental and/or physical disabilities. Lot 1: School location North School 1: Friedrich-Ebert-Schule approx. 17 students (pupils) School 2: Johann Gutenberg School approx. 15 students School 3: Neue Lehe primary school approx. 10 students School 4: School at Ernst-Reuter-Platz approx. 3 students School 5: Haus Anne Frank approx. 14 students Total approx. 59 Transport cases, of which (currently) around 7 people use wheelchairs. The number of students to be transported and their distribution among the school locations can change over the course of the school year; likewise is a change in the number of School locations (increase or reduction) possible. In principle, transportation is only required on school days (see section 4.2 of the service description). In the coming school year 2026/2027 the school days will be approximately 185 days. Of this number is assumed in the tender submission. However, the number of school days can also vary from school year to school year.
