The Swedish Armed Forces (FM) needs to procure carrier agreements for normal distribution that must work in all levels of conflict (peace, crisis and war). Procurement covers the needs of those eligible for tenders for distribution transport by road for material, spare parts, dangerous goods, to a certain extent military equipment, UE and other supplies between the Armed Forces' operations, both domestically and abroad, and between the Armed Forces and industry. Within the framework of ex FLF-Latvia (Q1, Q2 2025) and operations, the need arises of loop trucks to support these, which is drawn up within the Framework Agreement for normal distribution. The need includes roughly 100, 000 shipments/year within the framework of normal distribution which includes, packages, pallets, piece goods, partial goods, express services, FTL (Full Truck Load), international shipping. In addition to this, transport between laundries and the Armed Forces' garrisons, so-called laundry transport. The broadcast statistics are evenly distributed over the year, with peaks occurring in connection with major operations and exercises.
