General part Passenger cars Transport vehicles The procurement relates to Årjäng municipality's need for the purchase of factory-new passenger cars and transport vehicles which, according to the regulations in force at any given time, may be driven with a B driving licence. The procurement is divided into two (2) tender areas. Tenders can be submitted in one (1) or both (2) tender areas: Tender area A - Passenger cars Tender area B - Transport vehicles Framework agreements will be signed with one (1) or more suppliers per tender area. The procurement does not include any evaluation or ranking of specific vehicle models. Selection of vehicles and awarding of contracts instead takes place by call, in accordance with the call model specified in point 1.5 and appendix 3 Call model. When the framework agreement enters into force, the framework agreement must include the vehicle models approved within the respective tender area. During the term of the framework agreement, the supplier has the opportunity to notify new or updated vehicle models in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement. The procurement also includes an option for additional equipment as well as associated service agreement, to the extent that is more clearly stated in the procurement documents.
