The 'Quartier am Zoll' with a total area of 8, 418m2is located in the Stetten district of Loerrach, directly on the border with Switzerland between the Basel-Loerrach railway line and Basler Strasse.
The common goal of the BImA as sponsor and the city of Loerrach is to obtain an implementable idea for the creation of urban planning and architecturech-open space planning mixed quarter with a mix of uses of
-newly built apartments with approxfor the Stetten customs office (customs clearance) with approx. 120m2 gross floor area,
-an underground car park, separated into two areas for the HZA's company vehicles on the one hand and the employees and residents on the other hand,
