The Tuebingen public utility company is planning to build a new indoor swimming pool with a 50 m sports pool, a teaching pool and a toddler pool, changing rooms and rooms with a total of approx. 5, 400 m2 of usable space at the location of today's outdoor pool. The offer should be supplemented by additional leisure activities such as sauna, water slidehe and climbing wall can be added. The actual implementation of these building blocks will be decided later in the planning process. The subject of the competition is services for awarding a planning contract for property planning (buildings and interiors) as well as their technical development for the new buildingof the indoor swimming pool in accordance with HOAI 2021 §§ 33 ff. Since the process also asks for building technology services (HLS and pool water technology), participants must consult a TGA office as a consultant.
This procedure takes place in two stages:
- Stage 1 : Application process (exclusion and personalcriteria), selection of 14 offices participating in the competition (in addition, 6 offices have been selected in advance) with subsequent restricted implementation competition according to RPW
- Stage 2: Negotiations with the award-winning offices.
