As part of the annual retreat of its staff planned for the period from September 7 to 11, 2026 in Saly-Mbour. The UNFPA Senegal office plans to recruit a firm for a period of ten (10) working days to lead and facilitate the retreat. This edition is placed under the theme Well-being, Cohesion and Trust: Joining forces and cultivating kindness to carry out the mandate of UNFPA Senegal together. Recruitment of a firm for the animation and facilitation of the retreat of the office of UNFPA Senegal scheduled from 07 to 09/11/2026 LUNFPA is therefore seeking qualified offers for the services mentioned in the attached TOR. Also, the selected firm will have the following missions: i. Discuss with Management and the Commission Technical as well as the other commissions to refine the diagnosis of the real needs of the staff with regard to the five specific objectives retained; ii. Propose a format and content consistent with the 2026 theme and the expected results (R1 to R5), to be experienced during the various exercises of the retreat; iii. Define, in conjunction with the Technical Commission, a detailed agenda for the five days, including the session led by the INSIGHTS expert from the DHR (see section IV); iv. Organize sessions, co-construction workshops, role plays and interactive exercises focused on different types of leadership, active listening, non-violent communication, kindness, ...
