Tender Details

The federal control centers for soil and groundwater protection and explosive ordnance clearance are located in Department BL 37 of the Lower Saxony State Office for Construction and Real Estate. On the basis of the construction guidelines for federal properties, aerial photographs will be taken as part of phase A and phase Ievaluations and historical-genetic reconstructions (HgR), which form the basis for further specific processing steps and investigations (further explanations see www.Leitstelle-des-Bundes.de).

The services are divided up and awarded according to the area of ​​responsibilitydivided into two subject lots. LOS 1 includes services for aerial photo analysis, LOS 2 services for creating a HgR. Further descriptions of the fields of activity can be found in the individual lots.

According to the technical guidelines for explosive ordnance clearance (BFR KMR), Chapter 4.1.1 sind the goals of a historical investigation by a HgR-KM with aerial photo analysis for phase A are defined as follows:

- to comprehensively reconstruct the historical use and historical processes that may have led to an ordnance contamination,

- the potential ordnance contamination spatiallych and genetically differentiated and to identify areas suspected of being ordnance (KMVF),

- to collect the cost-effect factors,

- to identify areas suspected of being contaminated (KVF),
