NIRS device including application software

The order of the order is the delivery and ready-to-use installation of a NIRS device with application software including installation of the software. Furthermore, a transfer of the calibration equations available to the client is carried out by the contractor, a specialist instruction in the operation and function of the device for up to six employees of the client by the contractor's suitable German -language staff at the client on site and the transmission of a German -language operating instructions in electronic form (e.g. B. as PDF). In addition, the supply of spare parts for the device and the provision of software upgrades and updates for a period of at least five years as well as technical equipment and software telephone or online support for a period of at least four years, each deployed from the operating line, must be guaranteed. In addition, maintenance on the device must be carried out annually for a period of four years.
