Tender Details

NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) sequencing service 1. The Ordering Party commissions the Contractor to perform a multiple-use NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) sequencing service (in tranches). 2. Performing the sequencing service for samples delivered in batches of 1 to 200 samples 3. The service will be performed on the basis of the material - total DNA provided by the Ordering Party. DNA parameters: •total amount ≥ 500ng- (1.5ug Nanopore) •sample concentration 5 ng/ul (70ng/ul Nanopore) • cleanliness (A260/A280) ≥ 1.8 RNA parameters: •total amount ≥ 2 ug •sample concentration 40 ng/ul •purity (A260/A280) ≥ 1.8 4. Correct performance of the service is considered to be: • checking the quality of DNA and RNA samples provided by the Ordering Party • new sequencing NGS generation of prepared bacterial DNA sample preparations ensuring the required number of reads (min. 50x coverage) • third-generation NGS sequencing of prepared preparations for selected bacterial DNA samples • performing the analysis bioinformatics and providing the data to the Ordering Party along with the final report. • during the performance of the service, keeping the Ordering Party informed about the progress of work on the ordered samples and any problems, e.g. regarding the quality of the sent DNA and RNA samples, via e-mail contact.
