The order includes the planning services of structural planning according to § 49 ff HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI, service phases 1-6 for the new sports facility building for the elementary school in 91161 Hilpoltstein. New sports facility construction at the Hilpoltstein elementary school The existing sports facility complex at the elementary school in Hilpoltstein, is getting old. It consists of the three use areas of the former caretaker's apartment, the teaching swimming pool and the simple gymnasium, including the associated adjoining rooms. The planning and implementation of the existing building dates back to the sixties and seventies. One Economic renovation of the facility is not feasible, which is why the focus is on building a new sports facility. According to student forecasts, the number of classes will permanently decline from 18 to 16. An exercise unit regarding the sports facility situation can be approved for primary schools. The planning is to be based on the spatial program of the government of Middle Franconia. As part of a goal-finding phase, the Hilpoltstein city council was shown several options for the type and location of the sports facility.
