The housing construction and renovation company of the city of Rosenheim GRWS will build 6 multi-family houses with barrie on Miesbacher Strasse/Happinger Strasse in Rosenheim in the new residential area 'An der Kaltenmuehle'Free rental apartments and two underground car parks will be built. In the urban mixed area MU 4, 5 apartment buildings are grouped around an inner courtyard, under which the shared underground car park is located; MU 5 with house 1 is diagonally opposite on the other side of the access road with its own underground car parkThe rooms in houses 4 and 2, which are heavily affected by traffic noise, are accessed with arcades. 2- and 3-room apartments of different sizes are offered here, all lounges are oriented towards the side away from noise, towards the green inner courtyard.
