New land use plan including landscape plan Area planning according to § 18 HOAI, landscape planning according to § 23 HOAI The municipality of Henstedt-Ulzburg intends to redraft the existing land use plan in order to support urban development to adapt to current social, economic and ecological requirements. The currently valid land use plan only reflects today's development goals and framework conditions to a limited extent. In particular, changing requirements Housing, commercial space, mobility, climate protection, open space development as well as the technical and social infrastructure require a fundamental overhaul. The new development of the land use plan is intended to be long-term and sustainable spatial development strategy for the entire municipal area should be created. The aim is to reconcile the different usage requirements for the space and to ensure orderly urban development. Dabei sollen in particular: • future residential and commercial areas presented as needed, • Open space and green structures secured and further developed, • Climate and environmental protection concerns are taken into account, • Possibilities for internal development and densification checked, • Transport and mobility concepts integrated as well • Requirements for social and technical infrastructure are taken into account.
