New Hörstel town hall building, cavity floor The city of Hörstel intends to build a new town hall. The planning area/construction site is located in the northeast of the urban area. Access to the planned building is via the newly constructed planned road can be reached via the Uferstraße. The design includes a space-efficient block that is approximately 57.00 m long and almost 16.50 m deep. The interior is divided into a main core and two office areas with side rooms in the central axis. The building is divided into three above-ground floors and a basement floor.
