The subject of this tender is the delivery, assembly and ready-to-operate handover of four large heat pumps including all necessary ancillary systems, control and regulation technology, safety equipment, pipeline construction, Insulation, engine room cooling and maintenance and repair. The heat pump system must work independently and be integrated into the new heating plant on the Ems. New heat generation system EmsWerk - heat pumps The heat pump system must work as largely self-sufficiently as possible with its control, regulation and monitoring systems. Communication with the higher-level controller takes place via hardware contacts and Profibus/Profinet. The requested scope of delivery includes the complete, ready-to-use heat pump system including: - river water pumps, one for each heat pump including frequency converter - control of the River water extraction (recording measurements and controlling the river water extraction pumps, protection in the event of leaks), - setting up and controlling the emergency ventilation system, - river water/ammonia exchanger system - river water heat exchanger cleaning system - Heat pump units including apparatus, fittings and pipes, insulation including jacketing, measuring and monitoring equipment, oil system, switchgear and control - refrigerant system, - heating water system incl....
