A striking stand of trees, in front especially on the southern periphery of the property, gives the impression of a school in the park. The construction site is limited by the existing bus right of way, which is worth preserving, and by the location of the existing school building. The existing building can only to be demolished after moving to the new school building. The two-wing new school building is positioned between the existing building, the bus right of way and the sports hall. The two offset building wings create a contained and spatially defined structure Areas for the entrance forecourt and on the garden side for the green schoolyard. The arrangement of the building ensures effective sound insulation in the school area to Karl-Arnold-Straße and the northeastern one commercial areas. The remarkable one existing Trees are protected by the new construction project and included in the ensemble design.
