New Delhi, new building of the German House, general planning services The subject of the contract award is the general planning services described below for the construction of a new building as a “German House” on property 2, Nyaya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, India. The general planning services include the following contract modules: •Project planning building •Project planning for outdoor facilities •Specialized structural planning •Specialized planning of technical equipment (HLS, ELT) •Specific Performance obligations thermal building physics as well as building and room acoustics •Specific Performance obligations for safety and health protection coordination (SiGeKo) •Specific Fire protection performance obligations In the long term, the German House is intended to accommodate the German School New Delhi (DSND) and the Serve German-Indian foreign trade hammer (AHK). The office of the German Embassy in New Delhi will also be temporarily accommodated in the first phase of use. The planning goal is a new building that meets the requirements of the first phase of use office use, especially with regard to security requirements, but at the same time can be converted into the second use phase with little effort. The part of the building that is used by the AHK will be used according to the Core-and-shell approach planned and built.
