New daycare center a.d. Ringstrasse Due to newly designated development areas for apartments in the urban area of Ebersberg and an increased number of children, the need for childcare places will increase in the coming years. There will also be one for the new building The existing Catholic kindergarten requires an interim construction at short notice, for which the new daycare center is planned. The city of Ebersberg therefore intends to build a new daycare center on the Ringstrasse in Ebersberg in modular or System construction and timber construction. The building plot (hall no. 765/1 and 767, Ebersberg district) is located in the immediate vicinity of the Hupfauer Höhe natural monument. The facility is for 174 children with 2 crèche groups, 2 kindergarten groups and 4 After-school care groups are planned and will be implemented in a two-story building. The building is to be prepared for a later addition of a residential floor. The subject of the order is the planning and construction of the new building ready for occupancy and operation Basis of a functional service description.
