New construction of Sieglar comprehensive school (NGS): VE 2.401 Lightning protection and earthing systems 2. BA
General information A lightning protection system of lightning protection class III must be installed. There will be air-termination devices on the roof of the buildingof the external lightning protection, which are connected to the down conductors via separation points (mounting on the roof). The conductors are laid or concreted into the reinforced concrete walls or reinforced concrete supports and connected to the lightning protection functional earth electrode. . The roof is designed as a green roofsee. Technical devices such as photovoltaic systems and ventilation devices are installed on the roof. To maintain the separation distance, a mesh-shaped, three-dimensional building equipotential bonding is set up in order to take advantage of the advantages in terms of the lightning protection separation distance and the maschen-shaped structure to use. Connection options for potential equalization rails will be created in all operating rooms of the electrical and mechanical building services.
