The Blindeninstitutsstiftung intends to construct a new residential building with an integrated support center for up to 24 blind / visually impaired and adults with multiple disabilities on Kanzler-Stuertzel-Strasse in Kitzingen.
A multi-storey building (EG 2 OG SG) as an L-shaped structure is plannedright The building is a solid construction (reinforced concrete ceilings/walls and masonry walls).
The rooms of the funding facility are on the ground floor. The upper floors 1 and 2 house the premises of the residence. On the 3rd floor (staggered floor) there is a multi-purpose room andseveral therapy rooms as well as rooms for the technology.
The flat roof is to be used for regenerative energy production.
Special features of lot 1 HLS
- Drainage in the separation system
- Retention cistern for collecting the rainwater on the property
- Special equipment of the wet / SaSanitary rooms for people with disabilities, including nursing showers / nursing tubs (lifting bathtub system), barrier-free accessible toilets and washbasins, etc. (cf. DIN 18040-2)
