The project includes the construction of a building automation system for a complex Research building. Centrally controlled automation system (BACnet/IP) for the entire building with integration of all technical disciplines such as: - Heating / district heating; - Refrigeration systems / chillers / recooling plants; - Drinking water, demineralized water, wastewater; - compressed air and technical gases; - Room automation for offices and laboratories. Automation focal points (ASP): - 3 ASP (general) 5 fields, approx. 500 input/output functions; - 3 ASP (general) 6 fields, approx. 2000 input/output functions; - 4 ASP (general) 8 fields, approx. 2000 input/output functions. Room automation system (RAS) with various control functions: - 66 rooms (IFW); - 85 rooms (TUD). Expansion of cable routes and cabling of your own field devices/system components. Establishment, structuring and administration an independent GA network (Layer 1 to Layer 3). Management and operating device with the central functions: - Control, regulate, monitor; - Energy capture and optimization; - Fault messages, alarms; - Visualization and data storage; - energy monitoring; - Remote access.
