New Reichenbach children's home building New construction of Reichenbach children's home - carpentry and wood construction work The construction project involves the construction of a new daycare center in Reichenbach an der Fils. The two-story building will be constructed in timber frame construction (external walls). Solid wood construction (interior walls) made. The building does not have a basement and is opposite the sports hall on Lützenbach. The green flat roof is equipped with a PV system and skylights. A load-bearing floor slab serves as the foundation for the Building. The building is planned as a purely wooden structure with the following construction features: - Exterior walls: Wooden panel construction walls (wooden post construction) with additive wooden facade. - Interior walls & elevator shaft: Made of cross-laminated timber (CLT). - Cover: Cross-laminated timber ceilings (CLT). The content of the tender includes: - Wooden stud walls: approx. 440m² (including insulation and an insulated facing shell). - CLT ceiling elements: approx. 1, 800 m². - CLT wall elements: approx. 1, 300 m². - Factory processing: integration of Cable guides in the BSP elements. - Structural timber: External load-bearing supports made of glued laminated timber (BSH) as well as all other load-bearing components made of solid structural timber (KVH) and BSH.
