New construction of a parking garage in Adenau (Wimbachstrasse), lot 2 - services provided by HLS technical equipment
The existing parking range, which was built in 1982, is to be demolished and replaced by a new building with an expected 194 parking spaces will be replaced. The preferred variant 1B (split-level construction, system construction in steel) will be pursued. The property is on a hillside; the structure must be secured against the slope. Electric parking spaces are also planned in accordance with the legal requirements (GEIG) as well as one Photovoltaic system on the roof (optional with green roof). The demolition of the existing parking pallet as well as any necessary earthworks/engineering of the foundation will be awarded as separate lots of the construction work and are not the subject of this tender; they must be taken into account in the planning. Urban development funding should be used for the measure. A draft plan must be drawn up, including the determination of the essential materiality and a life cycle analysis; A structural inspection by the SGD is to be expected. Compliance with the funding requirements is to be guaranteed.
