The client intends to commission a general contractor with the complete planning, construction and turnkey handover of a new parking garage at the Alb-Donau Klinikum Ehingen location. The measure is part of the Overall development of the new clinic building. The subject of the contract is the planning and implementation of a modern, functional and economically operated parking garage with at least 420 parking spaces including all associated outdoor facilities, Traffic areas, development measures and technical systems. The GÜ takes over all property and specialist planning services from service phase 5 as well as the complete construction of all trades up to operational completion. The parking garage should be one represent a user-friendly, barrier-free and urban planning-adapted building, the development of which meets both the flow of patients and visitors as well as the requirements of staff traffic. These include, among other things: separate entrances for Staff and visitors, sufficiently wide parking spaces, barrier-free special parking spaces and compliance with the relevant standards and regulations.
