Service description heating, cooling includes the following services:

Area workshop building part 2 (GT2):

- Connection work on the heating and cooling circuits on existing onesdividers (location of the technical room on the ground floor GT 1)

-- Metal ceiling sails for room heating: approx. 430 m2

-- Underfloor heating for room heating: approx. 210 m2

-- Piping in black pipe and stainless steel pipe including insulation: approx. 1, 850 m

Service description plumbing, dry fire extinguishing systems includes the followingServices:

Area workshop building part 2 (GT2):

- Drinking water system consisting of approx. 440 m stainless steel pipe including insulation and approx. 120 m metal composite pipe including insulation

- Dirty water pipe made of PP approx. 310 m

- Rainwater pipe made of PE approx. 120 m incl. condensation water insulation

- dry fire extinguisherCH plant, approx. 45 m stainless steel pipe and 4 extraction devices, feed takes place centrally at the central building. The underground line is installed by the shell construction trade

Central compressed air system to supply the workshop area in the GT 2 compressed air system consisting of:

- Compressed air pipeline made of stainless steelahl, pipe length approx. 850 meters

- approx. 40 extraction points for machines and workplaces

irrigation system in the construction workshop for binding dust when teaching pieces are demolished. Irrigation system consisting of:
