The order includes the specialist planning services for technical equipment in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI in conjunction with. Appendix 15 HOAI (basic services for service phases 1-9) for the new construction of the Karlshagen sports hall. These are the specialist planning services for Sanitary-, Heating and ventilation installation, high-voltage installation and low-voltage installation with satellite system, bell system, burglar and fire alarm system, wired and wireless network, lighting as well as sound and video technology. The previous sports hall of the Karlshagen community at Schulstrasse 4, 17449 Karlshagen, is organizationally part of the Heinrich Heine School affiliated. In addition to school sports and other school events, the community offers clubs, groups, etc. the use of the Sports hall to. However, the sports hall is missing and will be demolished.
