New construction of an innovation center and a welding hall as part of a PPP owner model The district of Grafschaft Bentheim is planning the turnkey construction of an innovation center and a welding hall at the location of the vocational schools in Nordhorn As part of an overall award of planning and construction services and financing services. The scope of services includes planning, construction including the preparation of the outdoor facilities, interim and final construction financing as well as the provision of maintenance services within the extended warranty periods. The services are awarded as a total contract to a total contractor/transferee (based on a PPP owner model) in a negotiated procedure with a participation competition. The county county Bentheim would like to develop the locations of the vocational schools in Nordhorn into the “Campus Vocational Education Grafschaft Bentheim (CBB)”. The entire CBB should stand for high-quality and attractive training and education opportunities in the district, including vocational Sustainably strengthen education as a future and location factor and develop its impact regionally and nationally.
