New construction of Hörstel town hall, drywall work The city of Hörstel intends to build a new town hall. The planning area/construction site is located in the northeast of the urban area. Access to the planned building is via the newly built Planstraße, which can be reached via the Uferstraße. The design includes a space-efficient block that is approximately 57.00 m long and almost 16.50 m deep. The interior is divided into a main core and two office areas with side rooms in the central axis. The building is divided into three above-ground floors and a basement floor. The gross floor area is approximately 3, 825 m². According to the council decision, the building is to be designed as an Efficiency House 40. In order to meet the KfW-EG 40 level, the criteria are: Sustainability certification QNG according to DGNB must be complied with. The building will be constructed using a hybrid wood construction method from the ground floor onwards and a solid construction method in the basement.
