New construction of a fire station in Kemnath.
The fire station is divided into 3 construction phases:
Construction phase 1: vehicle hall, workshop (floor area: approx. 58.00 m x 18.00 m)
Construction phase 2: fire tower
Construction phase 3: social wing (floor area: approx. 57.00 m x 24 m)
The roof construction of the vehicleAll (gable roof) as well as the workshop (pent roof) consists of BSH trusses and cross-laminated timber panels. The social wing will have a reinforced concrete ceiling with a flat roof structure above it.
A granny flat with additional three storage rooms in timber frame construction is planned on the social wing.
