Lot 3: TGA planning HOAI Part 4 Section 2 System group 7 Medical and laboratory technology Service phases 1-9 As part of long-term target planning, the Werra-Meißner Clinic wants a functional wing with approx. 1, 000 m² of NUF at the Eschwege site build. The cost framework for KG 200-700 is €15 million gross. The new building is connected to the existing building via connecting corridors. The main functional areas are two cardiac catheter laboratories, the endoscopy and the laboratory clinic. Start of planning: August 2026 Construction begins July 2027 Construction completion December 2028 The property planning for the building has already been commissioned, the TGA planning and the structural planning will soon be put out to tender in batches. Lot 3: TGA planning HOAI part 4 Section 2 System Group 7 Medical and Laboratory Technology Service Phases 1-9. The commissioning is carried out gradually, initially only with all services that are necessary to submit the funding application (including draft planning LP 3). The others Services are requested individually in writing. There is no legal right to order further services.
