GENERAL PRELIMINARY REMARKS OVERALL CONSTRUCTION PROCESS The plan is to build an additional new building for the Caritas Friedrich Lorenz residence at the Beetzendorf location with 56 places for people with disabilities in need of care, divided into 4 residential groups. The The additional new building is planned as a 2-story, compact, solid-construction building on the site immediately adjacent to the existing property. In addition to the residents' rooms, there are also common rooms on the ground and upper floors, Service rooms and storage rooms.
