New construction of daycare center Luisenstrasse Bremerhaven The Städtische Immobiliengesellschaft Bremerhaven mbH intends to build a new daycare center for 130 children at Luisenstrasse 1 in Bremerhaven. The daycare center consists of two massive two-story side wings be built on existing basement floors, and a two-story intermediate building with a deep foundation, which will largely be built as a wooden structure. The two existing five-story residential buildings are currently being renovated up to the top edge of the bare ceiling The basement was demolished and the basement floors were prepared for the construction of the above-mentioned daycare center. Start and end of construction of the trade according to the attached schedule. The timber construction work is to be carried out for the new daycare building project.
