New construction of a daycare center in Hodenhagen The municipality of Hodenhagen is planning to replace an existing kindergarten from the early 1970s with various additions and expansions with a new building. There is an approximately 3, 500 square meter plot of land in the central location Location of Hodenhagen available. In this building, 4 groups are to be created, including exercise space, required wet areas, employee rooms, management room, meeting room, kitchen, technical functional and ancillary rooms. The Group rooms should be suitable for different types of groups (regular group, integrative group, crèche group, integrative crèche, all-day group). Since the group types can change over the life of the building, the rooms should be flexible in use. The group rooms must be approx. 60 square meters in size. Furthermore, the requirements of the Child and Youth Welfare Act and the corresponding implementing regulations must be observed when designing the building. There are currently 2 rule groups, 1 integrative group and 1 crèche group housed in the existing building. A 2-story building is permitted on the selected property.
