New construction of a climate-neutral administration building - ventilation The main subject of this tender is the following services: -1 ventilation unit with 12, 000 m³/h -3 pcs indoor unit with cold/heat pump function -141 m² of galvanized air ducts Sheet steel up to 2000m edge length -132 m² rectangular duct as a fitting made of galvanized sheet steel -1 pc outdoor air tower -120 pieces slot diffuser for wall installation including silencer -10 pcs. volume flow controller variable 300/250 -115 pieces constant volume flow controller Around 125 -19 pieces fire damper 400x300 -20 pcs. louvre flap with motor as butterfly valve DN125 An air conditioning unit will be provided in the basement of the building. The ventilation was designed to meet the requirements of Cat. 2 (double room air exchange with fresh outside air) and Cat. 3 (1.5-fold room air exchange with fresh outside air). According to the assessments of the building physics, there are requirements to equip the east/west facade, rear part of the building, with night ventilation with double air exchange. The certification requires at least 33 m³air/AP. This means that the air exchange rate complements itself accordingly. The ventilation system can also provide automatic night ventilation without users having to leave the windows open.
