New construction of the Bockmühle campus by a total transferee or a total contractor based on a functional service description (FLB) The subject of this tender is planning and construction services for the new building project under the title “New Bockmühle campus”. The current buildings and outdoor facilities on the extensive grounds of the Bockmühle comprehensive school are in great need of renovation and no longer meet today's requirements for use and technical building equipment. The The main objectives of the project include the redesign of the existing school grounds of the Bockmühle comprehensive school at Ohmstrasse 32 in Essen-Altendorf through the construction of a new six-class comprehensive school as well as the construction of new school sports halls and the assigned outdoor facilities. The adjacent parking area - consisting of the areas Campuspark Altendorf and Blambeckpark - are also part of the performance target. The measures are implemented during ongoing operations in the existing school or at the property. The subsequent contractor must therefore take extensive logistical measures and security precautions.
