New construction of a bed block - earthworks/construction pit The Solingen Clinic is planning to build a new ward with a new kitchen in the west of the property. In order to functionally connect the new building to the existing houses E and house F, the existing house G dismantled and safety measures implemented on the existing building (e.g. foundations, facade, etc.). The new ward building is an angular orthogonal building with 7 upper floors (U01-E05) and a technical floor (U02) as an extension of the existing one Clinic planned. A new kitchen will be docked as a single-story structure to the west of the ward block. The new building connects to the existing house E in the east and to house F in the south. The existing site slopes down from the north (entrance ZNA / U01). South (entrance to house F / U02) by one floor (approx. 4.25m).
