The order includes the services of specialist planning (Technical equipment performance profile - ELT) according to § 55 HOAI in service phases 1 to 9 with corresponding special services. The city of Grevenbroich is planning a club and athletes' home on the sports field on Hemmerdener Straße in Wevelinghoven to be built (construction project). The construction project is divided into two construction phases. In the first construction phase, two changing rooms will be built, each with the associated sanitary rooms (toilet and showers).
