A possible location for the construction of a new cafeteria with additional childcare rooms is located between the youth center and the existing parking area on the western part of the school property. With a 2-story construction, it offers enough space for what is required Room program. The current planning envisages a new building with approx. 870m² of gross floor area. The costs of cost groups 200-700 were estimated at approximately €5 million gross.
